Your personal information: Simplytent-store will handle your personal information as we expect others to handle ours. We will not share your information with any outside parties except when necessary to provide information for shipping and other necessary instances when required in order to fulfill our business obligations to our customers.we will NOT sell or otherwise knowingly share your personal information with anyone, except when necessary to directly provide the services our customer has contracted with us to provide.
This site uses Pay Pal for transactions, with its many layers of protection and security.
RETURNS: If you have a problem with a product, e-mail us at bpventures@simplytent-store.com and we will do everything possible to resolve any issues and keep a satisfied customer. If a item needs to be returned, a Return Authorization number is required. If the wrong item was shipped, customer will be credited for the necessary return shipping fee (ground). Include a copy of the receipt for return freight. The correct item will be shipped upon receipt of the return. This applies to incorrect shipments or defective merchandise.
If merchandise is returned for exchange, a $10.00 exchange fee will be added, plus a shipping charge. Merchandise returned for refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee, minimum of $3.00 (sorry, these are my suppliers policies).
All orders will be shipped upon verification of payment.
